Executive Boardroom

The ground floor Executive Boardroom is a comfortable, but crucially professional, working environment. A special space offering 21st-century audio-visual facilities. The accent is on technology in a polished environment. The space has a feature boardroom table, high-quality flooring and a dedicated, multi-purpose reception / breakout or quiet room area, located adjoining the meeting area, offering relaxing lounge seating with hot beverage and refrigerated drinks vending.

  • Winter Lake

    A multifunctional and highly attractive space, which is subdivisible into two sections on a third / two thirds split. Winter Lake has a dedicated balcony area with access through three French doors and out onto the lawns via the external spiral staircases. The views are northerly to Winter Lake, and the lawns run from the conservatory of Glaze Restaurant to the edge of the lake. The venue has excellent natural light through floor-to-ceiling glazing. The venue is located on the 1st floor conference and event area of the building.

    The venue can accommodate up to 450 theatre style and around 300 guests for a banquet. When divided, the room can accommodate 260 and 80 in each theatre style, or 120 and 110 banquet style. A passenger and a heavy goods lift is available from the ground floor.

    The Event Suites

    Located on the 1st floor at the top of the main staircase leading from the foyer or access can be gained via the lift. All rooms have built-in working walls and the answer to most equipment questions is likely to be 'yes'.

    Lakeside I A square room with views westward towards Marlow, it accommodates up to 40 guests theatre style, 18 boardroom style and 18 banquet style.

    Lakeside II A rectangular space with views westward towards Marlow, it accommodates up to 20 guests theatre style, 18 boardroom style and 12 banquet style.

    Lakeside III Rectangular in shape, with excellent vistas across the lake and west to Marlow, it accommodates 55 guests theatre style, 20 boardroom style and 24 banquet style.

    Riverside IV and V Located on the opposite side of the building to the Lakeside Suites, the spaces mirror Lakeside I and III and accommodate the same delegate numbers. Riverside V has an adjoining door to the Winter Lake Suite and can be used in conjunction with it.

    The Terrace

    An open and informal breakout area with access to its own terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows are draped in sandy linen curtains to allow natural light to flood in. The Terrace has a tranquil view of the National Trust's famous Winter Hill viewpoint and below the grand houses perched on the south bank of the River Thames. A peaceful view and space with exceptional light where the emphasis is on versatility. The breakout area can be used for both drinks, buffet lunches for small numbers, exhibition and syndicate space or informal meeting space. The area also contains a dedicated bar area and washrooms for both sexes.

    Syndicates

    A further six syndicate rooms are available, and these are located at the far end of the building (allow delegate transfer time) and can accommodate up to six delegates boardroom style or ten on an informal breakout basis.
